Prepare to sweat! Strong classes featuring Ujjayi breath, jumping Sun Salutations, deeper back bends and arm balances. Practiced in a warm room. Experience recommended. Tuesday 9:30 am - 10:45 am
Vinyasa Level 2-3
An unapologetically strong Vinyasa class in a warm room. We do deep poses - at the level each practitioner can manage, like arm balances, splits, handstands, etc. It's fun and challenging! Saturday 8:30am - 9:45 am
Guided Ashtanga
A traditional style of Hatha Yoga taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. A vigorous sequence of poses always done in the same order, synchronized with breath. Tuesday 5:30pm
